Your captain, Guadalupe, has over six years of sailing experience in San Blas and a deep knowledge of Guna Yala culture. Passionate about wellness, she lives a healthy, sustainable lifestyle and also practices yoga. Guests have the unique opportunity to join her for yoga sessions on the beach, creating an unforgettable and holistic sailing experience. A friendly cook/deckhand is also on board to assist with navigation and prepare fresh, healthy meals daily.
